That's a large scale failure to apply application updates (i.e. web.config updates) and install modules. Typically this will happen because of permissions errors - please make sure that whatever user is assigned to the application pool your website is in has read, write and modify permissions. Also, please make sure that web.config is not marked read-only (right click the file and go to properties)

The path to update is correct. The file web.config is not only read. I have updated the versions a lot of times, but from 07.00.06 is impossible!
I have tried to 07.01.00 and directly to 07.02.01 without success.

I dont have SQL, but Access (but I have already version 07.00.06 installed with Access and its running). I have .net 4.5. Is it maybe a problem with Sql? Maybe in the version 07.00.02 it isn't a problem but in the next one It is.
