Hello,

I would like to change the "Password Expiry" setting in User Settings. I cannot change this setting (0 days, can't edit it). I suspect this may be due to our version (4.09 ...). Can you confirm this, or is there a way to change this setting?

 Thank you

the setting should be there, albeit in a different location. I haven't seen a 4.9.0 install in a long time but from memory those settings were under admin->user accounts

You can change this in web.config on the server.

actually it's not a membership directory setting - we extended membership to support it. It's actually stored in a hostsetting called "PasswordExpiry" , open the hostsettings table and you should find it and be able to update it - you'll need to do a tools->application domain recycle for the changed value to be picked up
