This was a solpart menu, it was upgraded to DDR a while back. Now the site was upgraded to DNN 7.1.2 and the sub menus have stopped opening. I have been researching this for a while and have not found any useful information. What should be done to regain the use of the submenus? Thanks!

by upgraded do you mean you're using dnnmenu but setting it for the solpart configuration?

I don't think so, but maybe. I did not experience it in that order. The skin came with the solpart menu. I used the simple process on the dnngarden.com site to convert it to a ddrmenu.

Here are the directions I followed:

Upgrading a SolPart menu
After installing the menu module, edit your skin file using one of the following methods. For old-style SolPart menus:

Replace
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="..." src="~/Admin/Skins/SolPartMenu.ascx" %>
with
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="..." src="~/DesktopModules/DDRMenu/SolPartMenu.ascx" %>

that's using the solpart version of ddrmenu (which is what I was checking) - it's a pretty rare combination so it could well be it no longer works (I haven't seen any other reports, but as I say it's a rare combination) - i'll log it to our jira to be investigated but I'd recommend you look at http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/page/... and consider changing to use a "real" ddrmenu with a template. Note: there was a fix for a related issue (https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Pl...) in 7.2.2, perhaps do a test upgrade to that version and see if it resolves it
