Hi,

Could this problem be caused by the .NET framework on the server itself.

I have access to 2 servers and have DNN Version 7 installs on both.

One one server I get this problem, on the other I do not.

The one I get the problem on is a shared environment, the other is a VPS

I have performed a number of upgrade attempts and a completely clean install on the shared environment and I get this problem although the rest of the site seems to work.

I performed an upgrade on a site on the VPS and all works as it should

What is the minimum .NET version recommended for DNN 7

Regards

Tony

it could be -the minimum for dnn 7.x is .net 4.0 (or higher) - you can check this by logging in and going to host->host settings

Buy the new Professional DNN7: Open Source .NET CMS Platform book Amazon US

Hi Cathal,

The install is on .net 4. I just know it works on one server and not on another. That includes new installs and upgrades

If you want access to the install to take a look please email me at tony@clearviewis.com

Tony
