Looking at the bin it seems like the DotNetNuke dll is old.

Has a modified date in November 2013 and has version 7.1.2.

Is it possible to copy only the bin folder into my DNN directory in order to update the dlls or would this possibly cause problems?

Is that the same version as is in the zip file?

The safest course is to recover the web site files AND the database as they were before the upgrade and then do the upgrade again.

Best wishes,

I think I had things too messed up on my dev environment so I did a backup of my module code and did a clean install of DNN. It's working fine now.
