Sorry I first install DNN. I download version4.3.1 My confoguration server: Win2003Server, MSSQL2000, IIS, Net.Framework 1 and 2,0. I install my subdomain DNN (http://www.mydomain.com/dnn) after go and see error

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Where is problem .Please help me because if I go in web.config files I not see string <customErrors mode="Off"/>

If you can log onto the server and view the site from there, it should give you the full details. Just log into the server, open Internet Explorer and go to that URL you posted.

Also make sure your IIS webserver is set to run the DotNetNuke website using ASP.NET 2.0 and not ASP.NET 1.1

Make sure to check the ASP.NET version in the application pool used on the DNN site as well as the ASP.NET version on the site.  In the properties pages for the site, check which application pool is being used (may be DefaultAppPool or another you have set).  Then go to the app pools (at the top in IIS) and check which version it is running.  If you were running sites previously with .net 1.1, the default may be set there.  You can leave that and create a new app pool and set to 2.x adn then set that in your site.  I had this problem on my old development server which was used for older 1.1 development initially, and still has sites set that way.
