Hi,

In my current DNN 6.2 project, I have implemented my site in two language English and Dutch. I have done following task..

1, I have checkd checkbox " Content Localization" from host setting for Dutch transalation

my site was working fine in two language but I need make live site in phase-1 but client not need it in English,  Only dutch language proffered bcoz of Netherlands region.

So I have did English language disable from language option and site is working fine in dutch.

Now I want to release phase-2 with both language. but still date 200-300 new pages created  by admin in my site. now how i can run my site in both language with this pages, bcoz of that is not created in English language because it was disabled language, Now want to enable.

Please tell me How I can do my site working in both language after one is have in disable temporary now want  to enable it.

please help me. Thanks in advance.

First, I suggest upgrading DNN to 7.1.2, or 7.2.1, since there have been a number of fixes and improvements applied in later versions.
Next you may re-enable English language and this should duplicate all pages (presuming, Dutch is your primary website language) and allow you to access localization workflow controls on each page.

I have enabled it and try to localize from Language page but it is not completed all process ( i mean partailly create pages which is available in dutch lang. ). Can you please tell me how i can get all pages in English language which is created in nl-nl (dutch) langauage. I have re-enabled English but can not localiza all pages from dutch.

1. which is your portal default language?
2. there shouldn't be any pages missing in primary language
3. if there are pages missing translation in secondary languages, you should be able to edit page to be ready for translation in page settings.

Thanks, you are right.

my site primary language is English, but it was disabled so site was working in nl-nl now I have eanabled english language so that site primary language consider english and can not able to copy all pages from translated language pages.

your 3rd point it right

3. if there are pages missing translation in secondary languages, you should be able to edit page to be ready for translation in page settings.

if I will go to languages pages second tab "Content Localization" with nl-nl language there display dropdown with all pages, I have selected page which not have in english language than click on buttton "Add missing language" than it will be copy that page in english language that was working fine. but my site have more than 400 pages which have in only nl-nl so that is big task for me. Is it any way I can copy all pages in primary language which exist in translated language ( nl-nl )?

Thanks & Reards,

Jitesh Dhuravala
