Hi, everybody.

I have two modules on same page: #1 - Product list; #2 - Cart summary. Is there a way to refresh module #2 when doing postback in module #1? Any advice is appreciated.

10x in advance.

usually a postback reloads both modules - but the first one need to invalidate the cache for the second module to reload data from the database. Another option for the developer would be using DNN Inter Module Communication (IMC).

Thank you for reply.

I am not sure how cache invalidation can be done for a particular control on a page.

Both modules have partial rendering turned on, IMC will not work.

Maybe I should look to Rad components or jQuery? I am not really familiar with client side scripting, but maybe this will be  a solution. I just don't know what to start with.

if both modules are created by yourself, you should have access to the cache keys and be able to invalidate, what's necessary.
Client side code will not be able to access server cache.
