Im encountering some weird behavior in my MS outlook and ms browser.
When I try to link to a website that is set as a link in an email the browser simply doesn't get to it. It just sits there and does nothing, (aparently....).
When I try to open the "images" control in a text module in DNN 3.02 the same happens, exept that I get an error message that there is an error on the page on the left down icon. When I open the little box underneath it says something like:

Problems with tis web page might prevent it from being displayed properly
or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar.

After that the window just freezes until I cancel it.

This only happens with links to a new window; as long as I stay in the same window everything works fine.

I scanned for any malfunctions, but I can't find any.
I removed the dotnetframework 2.0, witch I wanted to use for testing the DNN 4.x versions, with no result.
I also removed the dotnetframwork 1.1 dutch languagepack that I installed before, but no luck.

Has someone some clue what is wrong here?
I'm using Windows 2000 as OS, and MS Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106CO as browser
