Hi All,

I have a custom module that has worked with DNN 4.9.4 for a while. I have since upgraded it to DNN 7.0.6. Locally on the developmental server it works fine, but when I moved it to live hosting I get an error. A work around for the error is to go to a page without the module. Login with the Host account, then navigate back to the page with the module.

I can't figure it out. Has anyone ever encountered such a thing? With the local working, I thought it was a permissions thing. But have confirm the IIS worker and user have the proper permissions on the hosting side.

The problem is back... here's the Event Error:

\Portals\0\Cache\Pages\160_12501F292E5A603685E3125A20F9FDC5BC468018D1CD219CABAB93D3EFC7C5A9.data.resources' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)

Does anyone know what the host checkHost is doing? Why is the host account required to login?

And to expand on the problem... there is a timespan...

Portals\0\Cache\Pages\160_12501F292E5A603685E3125A20F9FDC5BC468018D1CD219CABAB93D3EFC7C5A9.data.resources' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.File.InternalWriteAllBytes(String path, Byte[] bytes, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.File.WriteAllBytes(String path, Byte[] bytes) at DotNetNuke.Services.ModuleCache.FileProvider.SetModule(Int32 tabModuleId, String cacheKey, TimeSpan duration, Byte[] output)

What's the default timespan? Can I change that? And where?
