Hello,

We have used 'Account Login' module of DNN 7.1.2 into Login page. In this it is showing Spinning icon after hitting enter to log in has a large gray box along with it. like shown below:

can we get rid of that box and just show the spinner icon? if yes, then please tell us steps for this.

theres no built in way, that is simply the way that telerik renders that a server side action is happening in an update panel.In theory you could tweak the settings (e.g. http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/...), but it's not something I can say I've ever tried.

Hey Cathal,

I got the solution . I followed the below mentioned steps to remove spinning icon from DotNetNuke  Account Login Module:

  1. ·         Login using Host’s(Super user)  credential.
  2. ·         Move to host->extension
  3. ·         Clicked edit of Authentication
  4. ·         In there I have clicked on edit of Module control of Module definition
  5. ·         Over there I found a check box named “enable partial rendering".
  6. ·         I have un checked the check box and clicked update and then clicked update extension.
  7. ·         Then the spinning icon and the show get removed.

Thanks,

ITneer

yes, that disables partial page updates for that module but it removes both the box and the spinning icon -in your original request you still wanted the spinning icon.
