Hi all,

I want to make my site more mobile and have come to the conclusion that I'll need a separate site. I don't think simply changing the skin will do. I have a custom module that will require many changes to the module.css and .ascx pages. The primary reason for the site is the custom module.

I have done some research and found this link to be useful:

But it doesn't seem enough. And after some thought I think I need a whole separate file system or subdomain.

Is there anyway to have 2 different sites: mysite.com, and m.mysite.com run independently but access the same database? I can't simply add an alias, because DNN will only load the preferred site. Right?

Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

if you create a new website and combine both into a website group (using group manager from codeplex.com) you may share modules and users (not sure about files).
