4.3.2 contains some bugfixes.

http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/RoadMap.aspx (note that the bugfixes for 3.2.2 also apply for 4.3.2).

There are also some new versions of the modules in there.
In believe in the final release there will be a full list of changes  / bugfixes (or so I hear).

You should upgrade using the upgrade.zip file (you can look for the newer modules in this release afterwards and install them seperately)

Just a reminder... these are RC's.... not final releases.  What's important to understand about that is that each successive release may not FIX problems caused by the prior one!  That's because we sometimes discover that there have been problems with previous upgrade scripts, etc.

In 4.3.2, the following upgrade scripts have been modified:

  • 03.02.03.SqlDataProvider
  • 03.02.04.SqlDataProvider
  • 03.03.02.SqlDataProvider -- This one is NEW.
  • 04.00.04.SqlDataProvider
  • 04.03.01.SqlDataProvider

So, for example, if you upgraded from 3.2.2 --> You'd need to reconcile ALL of these.

When the RC becomes general release... all this will be tidied up.  But for now, be careful and MAKE backups!

I just upgrade www.smallbizserver.net from 4.3.1 and that went just fine. All bugs I reported in Gemini are fixed as far as I can see. Thanks Core Team for another great release!!!

And that is why it is called an RCand not a Gold/Final Release
