Hello DNN community,

My company has recently launched a new corporate website on DNN7. I am noticing EXTREMELY long load times when accessing with Internet Explorer; whereas, with Firefox & Chrome the load times are much more appropriate. Google Analytics confirms that over 50% of our site visitors are using Internet Explorer, so poor performance for IE is detrimental to the future of our new site. Thus, I’m looking for an experienced DNN services firm that can provide 1) a deep website performance review; 2) a roadmap to optimal site performance (cross-browser & cross-platform/device); and 3) implementation services to execute the optimization roadmap. I’m ready to engage immediately, so if such services are in your sweet spot (or if you can reliably recommend a firm for such services), then please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thanks so much!

hello - in general it's odd for a site to have dramatically different performance across different browsers - there will be some differences based on the scripting (javascript) engine, but usually only small ones. I had a quick look via the F12 tools in IE, and there are some odd loading effects primarily around css script imports with your "profisee" skin i.e. it seems IE is not enjoying the many imports. It might be an idea to change the skin to one of the defaults (such as gravity) to see if that returns performance parity, and if so then you know the issue is skin related at least
