thanks to everyone for your help
but before doing the upgrade I did backup of:
- the database (right click on the database - backup)
- a copy of the site folder

now I decided to return to my 6.2.2 version that was backup

but my admin (host) account is not more recognize, the site is not more looking the same
what can I do to recover the site as It was before the upgrade process ?
thanks
I'm using sql 2008 r2 server 2003 sp2, dnn 6.2.2

if your account is not accepted, the web.config file might have been altered by DNN, while the database was not available.
Please restore web.config file again.
After you got your site back running, You should perform an upgrade to DNN 6.2.9, which contains a number of fixes (latest Version running on IIS6)

I'm not sure the web.config has a problem

You don't need anything special for a restore.

Recover the DB as it was
Recover the folder as it was

Done. I always like to stop/start IIS to fully start from ground zero, but I do not think it is required.

Best wishes,
