I think this is not big issue and a person doesn't rate a whole product because the release notes weren't complete. It's just a text file! The notes don't affect their usage of the product.

A note:  you gave it 3 stars with a couple positive points and didn't explain why you took off two points. You're also rating a beta version but your rating went into the average rating of the release version, which is unfair too.

Tony, I was rating the beta, not the release- If DNN Corp would have created a new Version on Codeplex like before, instead of re-using the beta entry, there would have been no confusion. However, this is a .0 release and the number of issues mentioned throughout several community channels seem to make it wise waiting for 7.3.1
