 recently Jira has had an issue where it seems some users do not get given "create" access - we're working with Atlassian support to resolve this, but if you can post me your jira username (e.g. via messaging) I will get your account looked at Armin

 Thanks Cathal, My Email is "armin.rahimian@gmail.com" and Username is "arminrahimian" but I can not see Create Button...

I'm working in Middle East area with DNN for Right to Left Language such as Arabic and Farsi and I make more than 150 DNN Portal in last 5 Years from DNN 5 til now... Really I need to more cooperation with DNN team to grow that. We have Several Bug in Multilingual System when we upgrade DNN the multilingual not working or some error happen.... and more...

our Jira administrator just told me that Atlassian fixed an issue and he's reindexed all the users and that seems to have resolved this (checked 2 "broken" accounts and they both now have "create issue" buttons) - hopefully it's resolved for you also.

One issue l have come across is the instructions here.  So far l have installed and activated the iwebs registration module, this reduced most of the registrations, not all.  So next step was to create a custom registration page, which l have and is now up and running.  However l can set reach the default registration page by manually entering the URL, not sure what l have done wrong, with the last step to block that URL.  There is another couple of users in the discussion section of that Wiki page who have had the same issue.  Is is an issue with the version of DNN l am using v7.2.0?  or something else?

The iweb-Register module Not Working when you choose Verified Registration Feature on Admin > User Account > Registration method Settings.
When you choose Verify Method the "iWeb-Register" Never Send Verification Email to New Registrant users...

Unfortunately, Spam Registration Totally Blocked DNN Registration. I could not Active "Registration" in any kind of DNN from 6.2 ... to .... 7.3.1
It is not possible, there is two way to stop registration but all of them have some big problems or not working... What time should be Fix this BIG MISTAKE? is it possible in Release 7.3.2? or It's very difficult to solve for DNN Team?
I had more than 47 Client by DNN Platform and I'm under bad pressure from them, because:
Changing Default Registration (Method Number One) an make new Page for that and remove default one, Not Working and Again I get Spam Registration.
Installing iWeb-Register Module (Method Number Two) also could not stop it, and We have 10-40 Spam Registration per day with RECAPTCHA System again! and when I change Private to Verified Method, Iweb never send Verification Email to Real Visitors...

Totally We Can Not Use Register Feature of DotNetNuke and It's very Bad News for DNN and It's Very slow to fix this BIG Problem. I don't know how many companies use Registration system and all of them stop this service and nothing happen to fix it. How about you? Do you have any problem? or Just I'm playing with this problem?

Please Help Me to FIX IT.... It's Really Urgent....
