After we upgraded to 7.03 the content in a popup window would only display if logged in as an administrator.

We noticed that the <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/dnn.js?cdv=64"></script> was not included when viewing the page not logged in. We added this to the page skin and the popup displayed as it should.

Our question is should this link be included when not logged in or are we missing some other script file that allows the popup to work?

I have the same behaviour on a newly upgraded site.

Further trouble shooting revealed that our templates are not using the Menu control <%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="NAV" Src="~/Admin/Skins/Nav.ascx" %>. We are using the DDR menu <%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="MENU" src="~/DesktopModules/DDRMenu/Menu.ascx" %> control.  If we add the call to the Nav menu contol the popups work and the call to the .js file shows when viewing source. At this point we are having to manually add the script to our templates. <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/dnn.js?cdv=64"></script>
