Well I've followed these two helpful resources for trying to change the default Display Name of a user on DNN, but unfortunately it still displays incorrectly:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-tzd...

and

http://www.dnnsoftware.com/community-...

I am the super admin and I have tried to use the [FIRSTNAME] token or combinations of any of the following tokens: [USERID],[FIRSTNAME],[LASTNAME] and [USERNAME], but none of them change the Display Name on the user lists. Nor do they change in the profile name nor anywhere else. They still show up with Lastname, Firstname all over the site. I have a lot of records that change on the fly and I can't manually edit them all to the format I would like.

I'm using DNN 07.02.02 (303). Can anyone please help here?

AFAIK, only tokens [FIRSTNAME] and [LASTNAME] are supported and the displayname should be updated for all users upon saving the setting.

How do I troubleshoot why it wouldn't be working?
