You're in for a major undertaking and a steep learning curve. There is no simple way to convert from PSD to reasonable HTML that will work without some manual coding, however, there is at least one plugin in the market that I've used and, while it requires some fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS, it gets you at least partly there.

Have a look at the slice tool in photoshop. This will help you at least to break your design up into sections. Also Addoe Fireworks which will generate sprites for you (html and css)

I would also have a look at some frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation. These types of html grid systems takes all of html work away from you but as Robert said, you're in for a steep learning curve.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Geoff
