Hi,

Thanks for the tips guys, In the end I found a mix of firstly assigning all users access to the root folder as per Dave Colbeck, then doing a recursive sync as per Sebastian Leupold and then removing all users rights so it looked like at the beginning.

My admin can now see all folders from root, but normal users can't, not quite sure what the issue was stopping admin viewing the folders but it seems as if doing all the above reset it and cured my problem.
