I have documentation that's generated from another tool in the form of html with its own css/javascript/search capability. I want to include this in my DNN site mainly because access needs to be role controlled just as the DNN site is and I don't want to create an entirely new (non-DNN) site just to do that Basically what I need is a static site inside a DNN site that has role access to the area controlled by DNN.  Is this possible? If so, does anyone have any concrete suggestions on how to make this happen? Thanks so much in advance!

you may either integrate your content via iFrame or copy/paste into a DNN module like HTML.
Sorry, w/o more details about the content to integrate, it is difficult to provide you with a suggestion.

Beside Sebastian's suggestion with the IFrame module, I would suggest no to integrate it in a DNN site if it is something completely different, but put it on it's own (static) site and link to it from your main portal (e.g. your main portal is www.mysite.com -> put the documentation on doc.mysite.com). Personally I find that clearer for a visitor.

Best wishes
