Finding some difficulties with Member Directory paging options.  The load more button will only appear if certain sort fields are set.  Seems it only works when you have the following set:

Filter and Sorting:

Filter: No Filter

Sort Field:  UserID

Sort Order:  Descending

It doesn't work on any other setting.  Even setting the sort order to Ascending will cause the Load More button to disappear.

Also, when setting the Filter and Sorting to User, the entire module disappears in the Edit screen.  Even when I go to Layout screen, it is as if the module doesn't exist.  the only way to get it back is to click on the Manage button of some other module on the page, hit cancel to close it, and suddenly the Member Directory module reappears.

Any ideas?
