hi

I have a very strange problem when I enter in administrative mode. Always the Upload Files Screen pop up, then I close it, but it is open again when I change the page. This behaviours is only with the super user. I use DNN 7.2.2 in a windows 7 machine. I and stuck in this, please help me, I also use telerik control in the desktop modules, but the error does not appear if I log as normal user.

Thanks

Hello Jose

Are you using a 3rd party skin on your site? If so, which one?

Which pages does this pop up appear?

All of Host/Admin when you are logged in as SuperUser?

Does this also occur if you log in as an Administrator?

I ask all these questions because I've not experienced this issue during testing of 7.2.2 all the way through to the latest 7.3.2 release.

Hi
Thanks for your answer

Are you using a 3rd party skin on your site? If so, which one?

- yes Economic-SteelBlue from bestdnnskins

Which pages does this pop up appear?

I- n all pages (inclusive desktop modules), but only when you're login as superuser. If you are a normal user does not appear.

All of Host/Admin when you are logged in as SuperUser?

Does this also occur if you log in as an Administrator?

-- I don't test this, I logged with the standard host log in, I supposed it is a admin account.

As a interesting data in the described situation, if you click in admin menu upload file, nothing happen.

Thanks again

I cannot reproduce your issue.
I have tested this in 7.2.2; 7.3.2 and 7.3.3 (next release).
Even after installing the specific skin the file upload under Tools > File Upload works correctly.
I do not get a File Upload screen 'just appearing' when I load any page
