in most cases, web servers do have internet access.
Btw. all content of Getting started may be accessed by browsing this website.

Obviously there is a security enhancement due to the user registration spams onto 7.3.2 version, coz in my case this message appears after upgrade from 7.3.1 to 7.3.2.

I guess I need to consult my ISP provider for proxy Settings consultation, coz by default the settings are "empty" - i.e.not defined.

Any other user suggesting any remedy to this?

it definately shouldn't show up if you don't use a proxy.

Yes, but it does.

As it has shown up it has nothing to do with a proxy server.

It has to do with packages releases from DNN, upon a very new platform upgrade.

So, since 7.3.2 was very recent, these packages could not have been propagated to all ISP servers.

Dear Mr. Vassilopoulos (fellow Greek, I suppose)

Although replied at the end of the thread's queue, I found it prompt to reply directly to you at the thread's beginning:

At least in my case, this was the cause:

As it has shown up it has nothing to do with a proxy server.

It has to do with packages releases from DNN itself, - containing the content of the splash screen, upon a very new platform upgrade, like the 7.3.2 one.

So, since 7.3.2 was very recent, these packages could not have been propagated to all ISP servers.
