Sorry but I do not see this error and I've added/removed dozens of portals during every release.
I just re-tested in 7.3.1 with a clean installation w/3rd party skins/modules installed in both Portal 0 and additional portals.
I can delete any Portal without seeing any errors generated

I understand. It is my suspicion that if I had a purely 7.3.1 install on the 3 portals on this site, I also would have no issues. A couple of these sites started as 7.0 sites with subsequent upgrades. I suspect, but don't know, that this issue is an artifact of the upgrade process.

This seems to be looking for a table called workflowS which does not exist...but there is a table called workflow. there is an extra S in the code for some reason.

there might be an issue in stored procedure "DeletePortal", would you mind to check, whether it contains the typo, thank you.
