Hi:

Im trying the module and suspect that are some conflicts for the use.

In enrollment process the user can enroll without pay. When the user click enroll button and accept popup advice, goes to pay page details and then click to pay button, but if he closed this page or go to previous page with nav button, the module send enrollment email (awaiting payment). The user will appear as enrolled in the event and can not be accessed to pay now.

Is there any solution if the user decides to cancel the enrollment in the process and do it later? How could access to pay if the system performs when checking the current registry leaves him not enroll again?

Hi,

Your points are well made and we recognise the problem, we also plan to improve the way it works but can't say when that will be. An event moderator/owner should have the right to cancel the unconfirmed enrolment so the user can enrol and make the payment.
