Hi,
Recently we received several support tickets from clients. When they edited content of HTML module in the pop up window, Chrome crashed straight away. I noticed some of the pages contain  iframe materials e.g. Google map, facebook or Twitter. I also experienced the same issue when I create a new thread on this forum. I am not sure how to resolve this problem. We just advise user use FireFox at the moment. And I am using FireFox on submiting this thread. Would any one give me some suggestions please?

Thanks & regards,
Kenneth

not sure, but recently we've had a few reports of Chrome (particularly the 64bit version) crashing when using asp.net pages, so it appears that it's a chrome problem and not DNN, hopefully Google will fix it quickly

It crashes in both the 32 and 64bit versions but more in the 64bit version. I am using the latest versions. I visit a lot of sites and it only crashes in Telerik's Editor. Weird. I see only one related report at Telerik's site. http://www.telerik.com/forums/right-c...

I noticed the 32bit version restores the data in the editor when it reloads. Not the 64bit version.

Yes, the editor crashes on both 32 and 64 bit versions. I have reported this issue to Google Chrome. Hope they will resolve this and release an update patch to the browser.

we see the same thing on our side, so much so that a few of our dev's have stopped using chrome - I've seen various anecdotal reports that it's a problem with asp.net update panels, so hopefully chrome resolve this quickly
