The only way I can get pasted text to display in this RTE "Design" view when using IE11 (as is now the case) is via the Basic Text Box. The other mainstream browsers do not have this problem. Note that I am simply trying to edit text in the RTE presented to me on this Forum.

Is this a known problem? Is there a solution?

One never realize how often paste is used until its not available.

Daniel,
as far as I noticed on this site, you may paste as well in HTML view. This seems to be a problem of the Telerik editor version being used, which is maintained by DNN Corp.
I suggest switching to CkEditor (http://dnnckeditor.codeplex,com)
