Another good choice is SGSV from tressleworks.ca. It has everything on your list except conditional tokens.

My second recommendation would be to second Armand's mention of 2Sexy Content.

SGSV is much easier to use, and you can complicate the heck out of it by moving logic into a stored procedures rather than a simple SQL query.

Thank you Joe! But I really need conditional tokens mostly for images being present or not.... I guess I'm left with 2sexy content or extending the HTML viewer of reports

i would recommend you the module OWS http://www.openwebstudio.com/
For me the best one and necessary for my daily work. Give it a try....it fits your needs 100% and is easy to use.
