Hi all professional DNN users

I have a DNN 7.3.2 and when I going to Host > HTML Editor Manager for change convertXML check box from checked to unchecked and I Update for save changes, Nothing happen and nothing change!!!

the last exception error is this and there is no more. I don't know that maybe it's not error for this problem!

I believe that's a known issue with portal settings when multiple languages are being used, check the portalsettings table and delete any settings that are duplicate (i.e. keep the portal default language one, and delete the additional culture code one)

I Delete duplicated rows n PortalSettings and problem is fixed now.
