Hi everyone!!

I'm new to DNN. Today, I tried to install DNN 7.3.2 on my local machine (Windows Server 2008 R2, .NET Framework 4.0, SQL Server 2008 R2, IIS 7.5). Everything is OK, install successfully 100%, no error happend. Browse to default page, it required me to login. I logged in under the host account has been setting in the installation previously. It showed the error as below:

I'd recommend double checking your application pool is set to .net 4.0 as that error typically indicates that the framework cannot access MEF (which requires .net 4.0 or higher)

did you install DNN inside the default IIS website? I suggest using a second IIS website instead.
