please check size of the database files (In SSMS, right click database node and select shrink files).
If transaction log is bigger, you'll need to shink it by performing a backup with truncate log.
Otherwise try shrinking each of the database files, that has significant free space.

Wow,  Database File is 4687 MB and I Used this Query:

     use uniqueway_ae_
    truncate table sitelog
    truncate table eventlog
    truncate table schedulehistory

And Again I Shrink it, But Nothing Change!!! How can I do?

truncate does not free database file size, just space inside the file. Only shrinking the file does reduce its size.
right click database and select reports, select "Space used by largest tables" to identify the tables which still have many records.

 Dear Sebastian, How about this:

 C. I can not Update Site Settings and I got following Error. IT IS IMPORTANT, How can Fix it? and that Error?

Hard to guess without access to the site. Most likely there are missing records or irregular values inside one of the tables involved (Portals, PortalLocalization and PortalSettings). Try running "AdjustPortalSettings" script from dnnscript.codeplex.com

 I run Following Scripts:

1. TurboDBConfig733.sql

2. TurboOptimizeDNNSettings733.sql

and 3. TurboDNN733.sql

But Nothing Changes and Also when I excute the last one My User Account  with One User and One Page on List has been One User on list but it show me:

Page 1 of 1380, users 1 to 10 of 13796
