Hi all,

I'm having this issue too. I'm not sure if it's been fixed yet.

I just installed 7.04.00 today on a clean Windows 2008 R2 server. Everything is working fine, and I've been able to set up the Journal and can add entries without problem. However, the avatar is not loading:

I do have a profile picture attached to my user account.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Dear Matt,
I have found that many more avatars load when you open up the policies for the user accounts. I have set the user avatar view properties to everybody as a default so it looks quite a bit better now but not perfect yet. There are still the social group pictures that are loading in some environments, in others not at all.

Hope this helps, tell us how it works out for you!

Gunther
