I am new to DNN attempting to install in a subfolder on Rackspace.  I am fine viewing the site at www.mysite.com/dnn. I have asked the webhost to convert "dnn" to an application and I have edited the web.config file so that: 

        <customErrors mode="Off"/>

and I have included database string in the web.config file but I still encounter the following when navigating to the subfolder:

        <customErrors mode="Off"/>

</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>

</configuration>

Any suggestions to get the installer up and running? Thanks
