I am attempting to upgrade my 5.6.0 DNN site to the latest DNN 7 version.

When I install any DNN upgrades after and including 5.6.3, the subpages fail to render (ie. http://mysite.com/Suff/MoreStuff.aspx)

It may be related to the Telerik UI install / upgrade issues around this release. I get the TelerikUI upgrade errors and also Core SiteMapProvider errors on 5.6.3. I can get the website running using the usual manual Telerik install, and subsequent updates install fine - but all subpages do not render (404 error / resource not found). The pages are in the site page list and in the Tabs table in SQL, and seem to be configured correctly in this table. The site upgrades to 7.3.3 fine apart from this issue. The site itself is fairly standard. Subpages have the same settings as their working parent pages.

I presume it is something to do with the httphandlers not working and trying to look for a non existent literal file path instead of just rendering the correct page - I have read some issues around using capitals in the page names, and have tried adding Telerik httphandlers as per http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16230694/radeditor-requires-a-httphandler-registration-in-web-config .

Issue occurs live and in my test environment and occurs regardless of .net version.
