If you have a few minutes over the next couple of days, please take a look at the nightly build.  We now have multi-language support for site settings.  DNN-6137 lists the specific settings which will be supported for 7.4.0.  We have already found one issue (DNN-6138), but could use your help with additional testing on multi-language site for both new installs and upgrade scenarios.  While I am sure that the QA team will be testing this feature quite a bit, it would be good to get some of our multi-language experts to give it a quick shake down.

We are still working out how we will designate those settings which are localizable.
