AFAIK it depends on the rendering mode, you need to select "Custom CSS" for additional options

Sebastian: that option is not available in this version. That's why I asked the original question: why is the option to choose Custom CSS gone in the latest version?

Sebastian: the xsl option is for styling the list. I need to style the input form. In previous versions that was the purpose of the "Div and Custom CSS" option that is no longer available. So I need to know how to style the input form now.

AFAIK the module uses the DNN UI pattern since version 6, which is already div based.
So that is the reason this option does not exist any more.
