Recently a skin that I've used a lot for multiple sites we have built (based on twitter bootstrap) has decided to stop functioning properly.

The skins themselves seem to be fine, but some of my jQuery has stopped working for my slideshows and video backgrounds.

Some examples are http://www.dildendrilling.com/ ( there is supposed to be a slideshow at the top of the page) and  http://www.poniesandkids.org/ (there is supposed to be a video background at the top of the page).

This has come seemingly out of the blue, as they were all working fine until recently. Does anyone have any clue what may have caused these to just stop working?

please make sure, the skin is registering jQuery use properly in DNN (compare with DNN Default skin)

Hi Sebastian-

Thanks for the idea but the sites are using other types of jQuery perfectly fine, it's just those two items that seem to be affected.

Any other ideas?

DNN does not force jQuery always being loaded, only if a component like control panel requests it.
If your skin doesn't request jQuery, it will only be loaded for pages with jQuery loaded by a module.
Also make sure, your code is compatible with the jQuery version included with DNN.

Hi Sebastian-

Thank makes sense- how does one go about checking to make sure that the page is pulling the jQuery properly? I've tried changing my hosted jQuery versions with no difference. What's most puzzling is that it was working, so I know the code is correct in the HTML- something must have changed on the back end?
