We are unable to open Site settings page After Upgrading my application DNN version 6.00.02 to 6.02.05.

Getting error like "A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

The error details in Event viewer as follows,

there seem to be an issue retrieving Folders, I suggest performing a full recursive sync in Admin > File Manager.

The same error is repeated even after I did "full recursive sync".

do you have folders with special characters like ' in the name?
