What´s going on with http://uxguide.dotnetnuke.com/.?

We have not any news about uxguide for long time. And we need any alternative to Telerik.

I really find serious difficulties to find examples implementing the most simple control features.

I have analyse forge extensions but they are too difficult to start with. Have I lost something?

http://uxguide.dotnetnuke.com was created for DNN 6 by two developers/Designers at DNN Corp. which are no longer working at the company, i.e. I wouldn't expect any updates.
AFAIK telerik controls are phased out and will be substituted by jQueryUI controls.

May I ask where to find an official page to start learning jQueryUI controls.?

It also will be a good idea to maintain the uxguide page on until next controls generation came up alive....
