i have a user directory module to search for users and there phone numbers. 
This works perfect. 

I want to click on a user to open the profile and see some more info (photo and so) in a profile page. 
i've enabled this in the user directory, but all i see is the empty profile page, with an empty user profile module. 

in the portal sittings i've set all user settings to public, in the user module the default template is active. (to view the name and so).  but i can't see a name. 

What could be the problem?

Do you a UserId in the Url? Is it a valid UserId. Is the Url similar / same as that of typical User Profile?

i have a userID in the url, the url is the default url. no settings changed about the url.
