Go into the /portals/_default/skins directory (or if you installed the skin at the portal level, go to /portals/#/skins)

Find the ASCX files, open in a text editor and look for dnn:copyright in the code, that will likely get you into the right location.

From there you can make HTML edits. Save the ASCX file.

Know that if you ever get an "upgrade" of that skin from the vendor, and you upload it, your changes will be lost.

Hi,

Just to add to Chris's last suggestion..

First create a new page using the page manager of Dnn for the information you want to display (anti-spam), then view the page.

Copy the url, then edit the ascx file(s) of your skin and add:

<a href="your copied url" class="the same as the policy statement">Anti-span</a>

By doing this you'll then be able to edit the content of the page you are linking within the cms.

It's not the best way because if you deleted the linked page you'll get a broken link, and as Chris mentioned, if you upgrade the skin you'll loose your changes.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Geoff
