if it worked on .Net 4, do not try to run the upgraded site on .Net 2.
You may try enabling 32-bit support in IIS App Pool advanced settings, some 3rd party components might need it.
I also suggest comparing your web.config to the one included with DNN install package for the new version, there
might be some adoptions missing from previous upgrades.

Just delete the current site in IIS Manager and create a new one. Deleting the site only takes out the configuration settings your files/folders will still be there.

That will let you start again keeping track of anything you change.

It started working - I can access to portal with id 0, but I can not to others. In database, I corrected aliases, for example, I made "portal2" alias for portal with id 2. I also added this "portal2" to IIS Bindings, but I can not access to them.

did you provide a name server entry for it (or edit local hosts file)?

I finally got access to all my portals. Portals 0, 1 and 2 work fine, but I get an error when I want to open portal 3 in browser.
There are two years old records in dbo.EvenLog. I wasn't modifying anything. I don't know, what is wrong.
