I have big, fat red 'X' icons where there should be images within the dropdown list and most other locations on the site.

Both connection strings are configured and all icons are in their locations. I'm using 4.3.2 version. Any ideas? Thanks.

I usually start troubleshooting a problem like this by going to a page with the problem, viewing the source and then looking in the source for the code to display the image.  Sometimes that's enough to identify the problem, but then I'll paste that into the browser to see if I can bring up the image or file in question directly.  Usually there is an issue with directories or virtual directories.

I've done that and the icons turn up ok. I've even upgraded to the newer 4.3.3 version, but I still have the same problem. I dcn't seem to have as much of the problem using Firefox, mostly with IE 6.

Sometimes I can refresh and get the icons to show, sometimes not. At this point, I feel shakey deploying a project for a client if I can't get something as simple as icons to show up.

Any ideas how to get these icons to show on the first load?

Would you mind replying with the URL of the site in the question?

I appreciate the help, but unfortunately, the site was built on my local computer (running in localhost on a 32-bit platform). I built the site using the 4.3.3 starter kit.
