I'm trying to set a skin for a child portal within the main portal, but without success. I can see it in preview, but when I hit apply, it doesn't work. Any suggestions.

Define your steps - i.e. what menu you are using to get to this?  Host->Portals?

In the host portal, I click Host > Portals. Then I select a child portal, which takes me to Site Settings, showing me the child portal I selected in the Site Details toggle. Within the Appearance toggle, I select Portal Skin and make a selection. The Host button is selected. When I preview the selection, DNN shows the child site preview with the new skin, but if I update the selection, it doesn't take.

I tested this in a 4.0.3 version and I get the same result. But if I go to the portal and then follow the same path (Host->Portals->edit->assign portal skin) it does work.  It may already be logged as a bug, but would have low priority I'm sure, since you can easily change to the portal and use the admin menu from there too.

What version are you doing this on (I haven't tested multiple portals on a newer version yet).
