you are talking about DAM module and provide a screenshot from Banners module.
Would you mind to stick with a single sample, making it easier for QA to follow your issue, thank you.

My original question mentioned the Banners module. Then you asked what module I was talking about and specifically asked about the DAM module, so I thought I give it a try.

Now I know they both don't work ... I thought maybe they used a common component.

The original problem I was talking about was the "File Upload" functionality used in the "Add Banner" to a vendor (as shown in the screenshot).

does the error only Show up on drag and drop to the file uploader or as well, when clicking the upload area and using local file browser?
Did you test with multiple Browsers?

The error shows up on the drag and drop. Clicking the "File Upload" button gives absolutely no response.

The log shows the following error:

2015-03-05 06:33:53,123 [SERVER42][Thread:77][ERROR] DotNetNuke.Web.InternalServices.FileUploadController - Invalid object name 'ContentWorkflows'.
