I managed to get the site back to the upgrade login screen by pasting in version 7.2.2 and now it's stuck at 50% with error "50% ERROR occured - Installing Module - DDRMenu_02.00.03_Install.zip"

 Any suggestions guys?

Thanks in advance

Guys I know you are all busy but please help me when you can - I'm really stuck here.

It gets to 50% and gets stuck installing DDR Menu. Please give some suggestions.

Thanks,

Andre

I think you need to give more precise information. There is no clarity over what you restored nor what has happened to it since it was restored. Eric Raymond has some good advice on writing questions that get useful answers http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-qu...

HI Richard,

Thanks for your suggestion.

I tried all previous suggestions and kept getting error 500 internal error without much other information. So I went back to the original files from when I first posted.

As the upgrade had never actually run - I then pasted in the next upgrade which was 7.02.01 - this installed succesfully and the website was accessible but lots of errors were showing, and I could not access any of the admin menus or the parent portal - it would simply show error 500 internal.

So I pasted in the next upgrade version 7.02.02 - this gets me to my current situation of 50% install. Researching this seems like it's quite common for this upgrade version - but I've not been able  to find a fix so far.

I'm willing to pay for support if anyone can get this working for me.

Thanks again,

Andre

Sorry - this still does not answer the question.  Is this a restored database from BEFORE you had the problem and restored files from BEFORE you had the problem?

Words like latest version/next version are not accurate.
