Hi there

I'm running into this issue where I can only reset the password using "forgot password?" only once. Is there a security rule that I can't reset the password more than once? This happened to the few accounts that I created and tried. They all work the same way. I use "forgot password" and it works. The next time I tried it a few minutes later, it fails and gives me this message - 

Your new password was not accepted for security reasons. Please make sure to choose a password which does not match a previously used password and which is long and complex enough to meet the sites password complexity requirements.

So now I'm wondering if this has something to do with changing the passwords only once a day or something. Can someone enlighten me on this? Thanks.

Yes, I did. As I mentioned, I could reset the password once but I could never reset it again. Which gave me the thought that it might be a limitation on how often I can reset the password in a certain time period. Any other ideas? Thanks.
