DNN Content Localization feature (AKA Language Specific Pages) does provide you with an option to provide pages in multiple languages, however it neither contains an automated translation option nor an interface to a translation service (we are currently considering to add it for DNN next, however, this is still in a very early stage of discussion). Regarding automated translation, I would stay away from it, as results are far from professional. There are online translation services, which translate pages on the fly, i.e. you may provide this as an option on your site, clearly stating that this is an automated service to assist your visitors.
